Our formulation wasn’t just thrown together without care.  In fact, painstaking research and time has been invested into creating a formula that won’t have future issues such as rebounds, reductions, or hormone imbalances for users.

The ingredients and the dosages used were selected for a multitude of specific reasons.  Some common ingredients didn’t make the cut because they were only effective in one area or could have potential interactions with common medications that many people already take.

Each of the ingredients used have scientific evidence to show they play an important role in the sleep or dream process.  Beyond anecdotal evidence, we poured into research articles and white papers on the various ingredients’ effect when it comes to dreams and sleep.

Clinical Dosages

Many supplement companies hide behind “Proprietary Blends” and only include a dusting of the ingredients they claim to have.  This means that the amount of each ingredient in there isn’t actually an effective amount!  Supplement companies do this to save money and cut corners.  However, our formula contains full, clinical dosages of studied ingredients to ensure that we have the most powerful dream supplement ever produced!

Selective Ingredients

Certain ingredients that show benefits were still ultimately excluded from our formulation due to potential interactions with common medications.  In an effort to make our product safe and effective for the largest amount of people possible, we took meticulous care to forego including anything that might interact in an unexpected way.

Avoiding Interactions

We chose not to include certain popular sleep aids due to potential drawbacks.

For instance, while one ingredient might be effective, it could interact negatively with certain medications, making it unsuitable for our formulation. Other popular ingredients we chose not to include, although beneficial for sleep, carry risks like rebound insomnia and hormonal imbalances.

Similarly, while certain ingredients may be a good choice in terms of promoting deeper sleep, they may inhibit dream recall by affecting brain activity during specific stages of the sleep cycle. Finally, even though an ingredient may be widely recognized as effective for certain aspects of the dream cycle, if it’s awful tasting and tough to flavor, that would lead us to opt for an alternative which achieves similar benefits without sacrificing palatability.
